It's been 1 week since nnay left us... wait!!! d sya lumayas she just need to fix something in my brother's house. Hubby doesnt know bout it kc d naman sya tumatawag eh kung d nman ako mag text d naman sya mangungumusta. Siguro kampante lang sya na may kasama kme lagi ng daughter nya sa house. And beside I dont want him to feel guilty and umuwi every night super pagod naman yun.
I write this because I feel bored as in bored tlga. No one to talk to kungdi ang garden, laptop and tv. K usually home by 6pm nag 7-11 store na lang kme for dinner since she loves the hotdog sandwich and juices.
The reason is I'm pissed! bakit ba I need to compete with his job? why do I feel that family is just 2nd priority.. well, I keep my head cool if he can't go home by week days because of that stupid sportfest and boodle fight and so fine less intindihin sa breakfast. But it make sense naman kung mag alala ka d ba lalo na ngayon. D ko alam kung pano sya nakatulog na lam nya aso lang kasama namin sa house. Well, kunsensya na yun mahirap mag remind masyado na kaming matatanda for that. Having a family is having a irresponsibility that you should mostly need to consider before anything else.

Thankful Me
Soo happy for the blessings... God really perfect he knows when you are ready to receive another blessings and we love it and forever be thankful.
I am thankful for having a a wonderful family... my nanay who never give up on me, my tatay who challenge me to grow as he passed away 6 yrs ago I never feel alone and incomplete cause I know you are just beside me and still challenging my capacity to grow as a person. My siblings who never stop teasing and supporting in all my endeavor.
I am thankful for a having a family of my own... M, my bestfriend, enemy, supporter, partner and hubby. K, the daughter I really wanted, my pride and joy.
I am thankful for the business I am into right now. and looking for another one since I do have Idle time.
I am thankful for the home God's built for my family.
lastly, I am thankful for another long awaited blessing... a new Sandy! Hope God will lead, guide and bless me in my new journey of motherhood.

Love.. Love.. Love..
Valentine's day was in every corner last Tuesday, everyone was in love in that day... hoarding of flowers and chocolates, have a dinner reservation and ... kakaingit! sana ako rin. Halos lahat ata ng girls pinkish ang cheek. Ang hahaba ng hair!!
Well, do I sound bitter?.. d naman d ba hehehehe!! for me, valentine's day is just like an ordinary day. Yeah, we celebrate thru text and calls for over 11 years. Ganun cguro sabi nga ni M... bayan muna please. Minsan wla ng kilig factor kaya nakakainggit cla... savor the moment guys!
M greeted me thru text exactly 12mn ( kitams!) ugali nya na mag greet ng 12mn in our birthdays, anniversaries and valentine's day and I find it so cute and appreciate the effort but no expectation or whatsover. Since busy ang lolo sa work. So sleep na drama ng lola nyo and K tapos na valentine wla ng flower vendor sa kalsada and malamang pauwi na mga nag date when my cel ring. He was outside the gate.. umuwi!! but without fancy flowers instead isang balot na white rabbit (yung kinakain ang balat), OTAP and gutom na tummy. So niyaya nya kong kumain sa labas but since 10:30 pm san pa kya pedeng mag dinner. We decided to look for some fastfood na open pa and Thanks God ang KFC 24 hours thou ang haba ng pila mukhang d ako nag iisang humahabol sa valentine's treat. M look at me kc halos lahat ng tao may hawak na flowers, balloons and chocs. I know na guilty sya kc it's our chance to celebrate Valentine together. I pat him on his back and biniro ko sya " lam ko gusto mo kong ibili kaso wla na khit plastic na flowers ubos na next time ka na lang bumawi honey" We take out our orders and feast in our home with K.
M is not a romantic type of person big effort ang gumawa ng letters for him kya super bilang ang love letters nya. But yung effort na umuwi sya to think na 24 hrs syang gising no breakfast and lunch and the tight sched.... super appreciate! for me love is in the air.

Unplanned Date
The Sandys attended a birthdy party last saturday in Shakey's Marcos Hway. 2 of my college closest friend were there with their respective family. We didnt chat that long our grown up kids wanted to go somewhere else.
We supposed to buy some cologne in Etude House boutique in SM Masinag, my feeling korean daughter wanted to buy a doll shape cologne just like in the Korean Mag. But the parking area are all full so I suggest to dine at Niagra Hills in Antipolo to show K where her Dad and Mom usually go for a date before.
See! I fall in love with M all over again because of this view.
K was really amazed in the view. She keep on asking her dad where are those light came from. She's just like me before when M and I dined here. Our daddy patiently guiding my daughter to all her question.While they're busy I ordered my favorite Pork Sisig, coffee and juice for us. I like the Pork sisig in Niagra Hiils the sweet,salty spicy and with a raw egg on the top sisig is a divine! or just being bias since this is the place where I tasted my first love affair with Sisig and never stop since then.... Yan na ata pamantayan ko sa Sisig. Even K loves it and ordered some rice hehehehe!! The scenery and food keep us more closer as a family. I love the feeling!!

Go sweat!!
Finding my old " physically me" is really hard... soo hard!! most of the time people think I have at least 2 kids because of my weight. I gained for over 10 years 50 lbs and gaining more I think. My hubby give up teasing me to hit the gym thou I tried God knows I really tried but maybe my disciplined and determination are not enough.
But since last week I join community aerobics classes... It's really cool for only 30 pesos per session you can have a 1 hour aerobics session from the typical floor exercise to taebo, street and belly dancing. Hubby is so supportive that he actually drop me there or he just want to make sure that I attend the aerobics class. I just hope I can see the result as fast as summer hit me.

Done with the apartment and all my units are now full. I hope my tenants will take care the units. So far no complaints receive yet.. kuddos to my foreman!!
My mom and Aunts forced me to had the house warming last November since 3 units are already occupied so I keep it a secret or "bulungan blessings" to my friends and only close families came because I'm not really prepared physically and financially. But really thankful to them for the support and will power that I can make the apartment full before the 2011 end and I did! Thank you God for coming to my apartment and blessed each unit, each rooms and corner. Hope that everyone dwelling in here will live happily and peaceful through your love and support.

How many times do I need to say " I'll update my blog".
Soo busy for the past months i don't know until when this project done. I need to be deeply involve in the finishing stage of my apartment. I asked my worker to paint the house super light blue in the bed room. cream beige in the kitchen cabinet. yellowish light cream in the living and dining. dark chocolate for the base board and terrace and lastly waterproof mud o' pie for the firewall. I'll post some picture when it's ready but right now too messy.
The other reason why I cant blog I am a victim of a swindler!!!!!! god help us. The contractor was recommended by one of my worker to do the sliding windows for 40,000 pesos. Right after we signed the contract I paid him 25,000 so he can able to buy materials but after so many weeks I received only false promises until the storm Pedring came. The water went through inside the room because the window still wide open so what happened the wooden wall swollen and not in good shape so I need to get a new contractor for the window and the carpenter need to fix the wall again . Oh!!! really hate those people!
I asked the assistance of the barangay municipal to get my money back from that contractor and give him lesson. So please guys! a beware of this kind of people make sure he's legitimate contractor check if he has a shop and record in his barangay so my experience wont happen to you.
